Rhodes Elementary School Reviews

I do not reccomend sending your child to this school. The principal has no leadership and the education level is declining.

my daughter goes here stright A`s and when she was in another public school in river grove she had a c-b avg. so u tell me what the difference is ...Rhodes has better teachers and a better system

As a parent I like the school, the teachers are very good, helpfull and the school is clean and organized. There is lots of communication going to the parents regarding the students and the school.

This is such a great school. The teachers are very helpful and respect each and every student! They have great activities for the students to be involved in! The staff always insures us to be safe around the neighborhood by giving us letters saying something has happened and the parents should be aware of! Going into high school next year i know i will be prepared thanks to all the teachers who have helped me!

Excellent programs and great support from staff and administration...very dedicated teachers who always take the extra time.

Great, dedicated staff that seem to go above and beyond to meet student needs.

Being a graduate of the class of 2004 I agree with Olga Boczon. Each teacher that I had throughout my student career at Rhodes gave time and dedication to each and every student. I am now in mostly honors and high honors courses and I feel that my Rhodes teachers prepared me very well for these courses. Not only was the material studied but study skills and note taking were also tought which is a great help this year. The performing arts is also a great program at Rhodes. I would highly recommend this school.

I graduated from Rhodes in June of 2004 and I had a blast while attending. The teachers were wonderful. They cared about each and every student and their ways of teaching were very effective. Now that I am in highschool, I realize how terrific my teacher's were. Even though I'm in all high honors classes everything comes evry easily because I've learned most of it last year. I'm extremely thankful to all of my teachers back at Rhodes and I highly recommend this school.
