Prescott Elementary School Reviews

Prescott is in the midst of tremendous change. This year we have a new and outstanding administration who truely understands what the community is looking for. I established a parent group called Prescott Parents (www.prescottparents.com) and our focus is on increasing neighborhood enrollment, adding enrichment programs and attracting more parent volunteers. The school is heading towards great things! Get involved!

I have twin girls that are enrolled in this school. When they first started it was stated to me that they may be delayed in speech. So the school recommended that they would meet with a speech teacher once a week. Since then, I have seen much improvement. Also, with the help of their classroom teacher they are reading and writing with much more confidence. The only downfall is that the school does not provide extracurricular activities. They do provide an afterschool program that helps them to enhance their school studies. The school is definitely moving in the right directions, but in turtle steps.
