My goal is to understand and support my clients, by challenging them to find and utilize their innate strengths and passions. Clients tell me that I am able to gently and nonjudgementally empower them to make important self discoveries and changes. My passion is my work and the people that I am privileged to collaborate with each day. It is an honor that clients share their deepest aspirations, hopes, fears, and strivings with me and that I am able witness their growth and transformation. My background and training, helps foster connections with people from various ethinicities, religions, and cultural identifications.

I approach each client as a unique individual with many different levels to their identity. Taking a holistic and systemic approach I help each client integrate parts of themselves and their experiences making it easier to create a life that is personally meaningful and fulfilling.
