not ready for the new economy ABC Data Entry's tricky service ended up costing me US$14300 in "re-sends" over a 5 year period. After 5 years of being their client, I found out that they had snuck a term in the contract, allowing them to ship out only every friday instead of daily. Not knowing this, I , like any modern web company, had been promissing 4 day delivery on our products, using USPS priority mail. As you'd expect, most would not receive it in time, complain, and we were forced to resend, suspecting the original package got lost in the mail. It cost us the price of a shipping again, postage and our products. Of course, once this came to light, we switch fullfillment providers imediately, as "once a week" mailing is unacceptable to any company, including mine.
