Very poor customer service As a frequent traveller, I need dependable transportation to and from the airport. Based on a recommendation, I tried Pipeline as my regular ride company was sold. The drivers were friendly but their phone support people don't have a clue about anything. Management is unresponsive and they are extremely frustrating to deal with as a company. My flight got cancelled and I was re-booked on a later flight 2 hours later, Pipeline stated that since my flight was cancelled, I had to wait over an hour for them to pick me up. Instead I got a ride from another company and was home before the time Pipeline would have picked me up. Now I am having issues with Pipeline refunding my money. Beware.

Good Price, poor service Although the drivers are friendly and helpful, the phone support leaves a lot to be desired. Pick-up from the airport unpredictable. You may sit there for a long time. I have taken this several times hoping that the last 'experience' was atypical. Not so unfortunately. Good price and if you are not in a rush and not easily frustrated, you might like this service.

do not use them We have used this service for years, but for the last 4 trips, they changed everything so that you have no way to contact the driver directly as you once did, and the dispatcher lies to you repeatedly, which you confirm when the courteous driver finally shows up and you learn of her lies. This could be a great service, and we used to suggest it to all of our friends. They will get you there on time, but they have your money for the return and could care less how inconvenient it is for you. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Pick=up Service Tuesday, June 26, 2007, American Airlines flight 889 arrived approximately 10 minutes before its scheduled arrival time of 1:30 pm. The plane was force to sit for about twenty minutes or so because another plane was at 889 arrival gate. When we finally deplaned, it about 2:45 pm when i got down to the carousel. I went outside and saw the van. I told the driver what had happened, and he told me he could not sit there, may have drive around, and he might have to leave. When I did get my bags I went back outside and he was gone. I called Pipeline, and they said another driver should be there around 3:15 pm. 3:15 came and went so I decided I would call again and was told the driver would be there in about one-half hour. The driver did show in about that time.
Pipeline should have a better coordination system with the airlines, so that they don't leave there clients hanging around the airport for hours on end. After this experience I would not recommend them to anyone, furthermore I agree with other reviews I have read about Pipeline on this sight.

Great Service I have used The Pipeline People Mover for years. They have always been right there for me. The drivers are all very professional and friendly. You can't beat the price for door to door service!

NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE After returning from an exhausting 8 hour International flight, we called People Movers to be picked up. After 45 minutes of waiting, our driver showed up and then we proceeded to a gas station so he could refuel. After the delay, we then went to Midway Airport to pick up another passenger. Needless to say, we wanted to get home in a timely matter which wasn't the case. In the future, I will spend extra money to rent a limo service, which have proven to be a more reliable service in the past. This was the second time we have used People Movers and it will be our last. The first experience should have been an eye-opener when the driver was 30 minutes late picking us up to go to O'Hare, he made up the time by driving at least 90 mph to get us to the airport on time. SO PLEASE BEWARE!

Poor Customer Service This company has had the poorest customer service I have EVER experienced! From the day I scheduled a pick up they were rude and extremely bothered by my call. I ended up finding a ride to the airport so I called to cancel. Again, the rudeness. I was then informed that it would be up to 3 WEEKS to get a refund! It has now been longer than 4 WEEKS! I called to check on the refund, and you guessed it-RUDENESS. All she could tell me is that I should see it shortly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
