Poor ---- less than poor = awful. Last month this fellow Chris came to my residence to clean carpets. It took him less than 3 hours and he charged $250 which breaks down to $83.33 per hour -- outrageous! But, importantly, he had a bad attitude and after cleaning the carpets was too lazy to slip protective plastic under the furniture feet. In many years of having my carpets cleaned, this guy was terrible --- stay away from him and do not hire him for any job.
