Not very good. Very unprofessional and disorganized. They couldn't handle files presented by the designer, so they contacted the client directly and redesigned the project in an extremely hack manner. Any other company would simply contacted the designer. It feels like this company is too far behind the times and can't function in today's advertising climate. They do not even maintain a website...
