Vacated business without notice to consumers My mother, Betty McMath of Chicago, IL, entrusted A & M Furs, Inc (also of Chicago) to repair her Mahogany Mink & Silver Fox fur coat (damaged sleeve). After her numerous unsuccessful contact attempts by phone (latest Dec. 2006) to contact the proprietor (Alexander Neyman), she decided to visit the place of business. She discovered that this location had been vacated with all merchandise and without any forwarding information. This company was also doing business as "All About Furs" at same location: 620 W Roosevelt Rd, Chicago, IL 60607 (312-663-4305). My mother is a senior citizen and is without her coat. I can only deduce that A & M furs has willingly stolen her property and her funds issue for the repair ($500 USD).
