Cagney's Restaurant & Sports Lounge, an upscale restaurant meets lounge located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, brings a sexy, innovative twist to the traditional sports bar. Cagney's has 6000 square feet and over 30 hi-def flatscreen televisions, and the ambiance ranges from swanky to casual. Whether you're relaxing in suede booths while watching your favorite sports team or sipping a classic martini on dark leather couches on a night out on the town, Cagney's friendly and inviting atmosphere is a great place to visit any day of the week. Cagney's versatile menu ranges from traditional bar favorites to fine-dining American Cuisine, such as the zesty shrimp appetizer, the pizza di parma, or the salmon with pesto mayo entree.
Tips
- Know Before You Go
In addition to a solid selection of brews, there's a list of hot specialty cocktails like "The Gangster," a clove-infused hot toddy.
- Save Money
Nurse your hangover without going broke during weekend brunch, when $22 gets you a soup or salad, an entree like eggs Benedict with Irish bacon and unlimited mimosas and bloody marys.
- Where to Sit
The downstairs lounge has a distinctly more low-key vibe than the rest of the bar, but it's typically only open on weekends.

Went there with a bunch of friends and we had a great time. Just took the brown line and walked a couple of blocks. Tons of TVs and the drink specials were amazing. Different then any other place in the area. CHECK IT OUT!
Pros: Great drink specials, lots of open space
Cons: bathrooms are downstairs

I went for salsa night last Wednesday night...which was a complete surprise to me, because it doesn't strike you as the type of place that could sustain a good salsa following...but the vibe was great, I danced all night and stayed hydrated with their $4 mojitos! Yesss....
Pros: Doesn't fall into the cheesy bar category of most LP bars
Cons: It's a destination bar, nothing like it around

Caught the UFC pay per view fight there on Saturday. Over 30 HD TV's made it easy to watch, beer specials were great! Didn't try the food but the menu looked good.
